Overview

The RCDB series suspended electromagnetic iron remover (also known as the PDC series disc-type and RCDY series) is a device used to remove ferrous contaminants from non-magnetic materials in powder or lump form. It features an internally encapsulated, fully sealed structure with self-cooling design, using electrical-grade resin for casting. This device boasts characteristics such as deep magnetic penetration, strong suction force, dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant properties, enabling it to operate reliably even in extremely harsh environments.

Its key performance indicators all meet or exceed the requirements of the JB/T7689-2004 standard. This product can remove ferromagnetic materials weighing from 0.1 to 25 kilograms that are mixed in non-magnetic materials.

Note: The separators come in round and square shapes.
