The RCYD(C、K) series suspended self-discharging permanent magnet iron removers are automatic iron-removal devices that build upon the foundation of strong-magnetic permanent magnet iron removers by adding components such as a reducer, an iron-discharge conveyor belt, rollers, and a main frame. During operation, ferromagnetic materials continuously attracted to the iron remover are automatically ejected via the rotation of the iron-discharge conveyor belt, achieving automatic iron removal. This model boasts a wide range of applications, energy efficiency, easy maintenance, and an extremely low failure rate. It operates reliably and stably even in extremely harsh environments, making it a widely adopted model among numerous manufacturers.
